Project Manager
Duties as
Project Manager include:
+ Ensure all project goals are accomplished within the established
constraints:
- Scope of work, completion of project prior to deadlines, establish
budgets to operate successfully within
- Establish appropriate revenue recognition and ensure timely and accurate
invoicing
- Optimize the allocation of necessary inputs and integrate them to meet
predefined objectives
- Function as the primary contact for clients and any plans inspector\
reviewer to ensure all concerns and
comments are identified with and appropriately addressed
- Review plans and ensure they are all accurate, complete and submitted to
the applicable recipients
- Analyze project profitability, revenue, margins and bill rates

Draftsman
Civil drafting
duties include:
+ Complete construction drawings including topographic site layout,
hydrology calculations, pipe networks,
materials specifications and details etc. for:
- Industrial complex as-built surveys and construction designs
- Residential Subdivision as-built surveys and construction designs
- Public School sports arena as-built surveys and construction designs
- Commercial site as-built and construction designs
Structural drafting duties include:
+ Complete structural drawings and details for:
- Industrial and commercial metal building designs
- Industrial, commercial and residential foundation designs comprised of
steel reinforced concrete,
suspended steel, wood etc. with material specifications
- Interpret geotechnical report data and establish adequate material
requirements and specifications
Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing drafting duties include:
+ Complete MEP drawings and details with:
- HVAC drawings complete with heat load calculations for adequate unit and
duct sizing
- Plumbing drawings including system layout, riser diagrams, volume
calculations, equipment sizing etc.
- Electrical drawings complete with system load calculations, equipment
location, sizing and specifications
- Designed Excel templates for ease of calculating HVAC systems
- Designed Excel templates for ease of pipe sizing for both Supply and
Sewer Systems
Architectural drafting duties include:
+ Complete Architectural drawings for Residential, Commercial and
Industrial Buildings with:
- Floor Plans, Interior Elevations, Exterior Elevations, ADA compliant
details etc.
- Renderings incorporating building and site designs

Crew Chief
Duties as Crew
Chief of land surveying field crew include:
- Train Field Survey Technicians in all aspects of land surveying
- Oversee field crews and ensure quality and accuracy of data collecting
- Establish data
collecting procedures
